Judge

The Judge presides over a case, set the tone for the hearing, oversees the courtroom, summarizes the event and reads the penal law, keeps order, summons bailiff to escort, listens carefully and stay impartial.

Bailiff

The Bailiff escorts Respondents or Parents to the witness stand, swears them in , escorts respondent or parent back to counsel, escorts Jury to and from deliberation.

Prosecution

The Prosecutor or Prosecution works for the state, community or public. They work to highlight and emphasize the wrong the respondent committed and seeks harsher sanctions for the respondent.

Defense

Defense works to highlight and emphasize the good of the respondent, builds the respondent’s character, seeks and fight for a lesser sentence for the respondent.
